Childcare is available during workshops and seminars (Exact timings to be decided).
This facility is only for the participants who do not have an alternative.
Spaces are limited, first in first serve. Please specify the ages, genders and any dietary requirements of the child with the registration form.

up to $25
The activities include a bus trip to Oriental Bay and TePapa Museum (in the vicinity). This trip is free of charge. Visit to TePapa Museum is one of the most famous attractions of Wellington and its free entry. You can also enjoy a stroll along the beach or Waterfront. However, the activities listed below can be paid up front by yourself. Please make sure you have up to $25/activity or more of cash with you if you wish to do any of the following. Registrations are essential!
This will help us organize the event for you. Please register as soon as possible.
Girls 12 years and over are most welcome to attend. There are some required fields and comments fields. We strongly encourage for you to give us as much detail as possible. Especially if you need transportation or childcare.
Children
Please bring all essential supplies and some toys and car seat, etc for your child.
Clothing
Please pack some exercise clothes for optional physical activities as well as your best cultural dresses for the dinner night.
Accomodation
Please bring your own sleeping bags and pillows.
Please pack your toiletries and accessories and enough cash for outings.
Financial help

IWCNZ Confrence 2018 Wellington. Registration is essential. Please register by March 4th 2018. Please let us know if you need accommodation and transport to and from the conference. A few Wellington water front activities to choose from to have a fabulous time!
